Custom Rectangular Duct
Custom rectangular duct installation at Baptist Hospital, Little Rock Arkansas. This project provided fresh outside air to patient rooms and energy recovery from exhaust air taken from isolation rooms added during the Covid-19 pandemic. Edwards Metals helped convert over 500 rooms to proper ventilation and negative air pressure for COVID-19 patients.

Desiccant Dehumidification Unit Installation
Installation of a Desiccant Dehumidification Unit for Baptist Hospital in North Little Rock. This unit provide fresh conditioned air to existing systems in the hospital. This unit was part of an energy performance contract from Bernhard MCC.

BIM Modeling
This project was a replacement of ductwork in an existing ICU. The existing structure, conduits and piping were scanned by CDI Contractors. All new MEP items were modeled in Revit prior to installation. Edwards Metals can fabricate directly from our BIM models once the coordination process is complete.

Exhaust Fan and ERV Unit Installation
This exhaust and ERV unit installation was installed for Baptist Hospital as part of their Infrastructure project in 2020.
